Momofuku Hanazawa is troubled man. He loves Hanafuda, a Japanese card game but he always looses. He built up an enormous dept with Torakichi Takida, the older yakuza running Hanazawa's favourite gambling hall. Takida is not the person you should be indebted to and Hanazawa realises he’s playing a dangerous game. But Takida has his own troubles. His beautiful girlfriend and his trusted manager are having an affair. To confirm his suspicions Takida hires a ruthless investigator.
