On the 30th anniversary of the disastrous Rolling Stones concert in Altamont, Indie Rock legend Richard Havoc calls out the youth of America from the depths of an abandoned nuclear rocket silo. His headquarters is infiltrated by a reporter. As the identity of the reporter is revealed all hell breaks loose. Will Richard and his cult of kids destroy themselves and take half of the country down with them, or will the power of Rock save the world? Altamont Now is a genuine underground film, a cutting satire showing how the alternative youth culture can surpass her rebel days of the past. Screening:
