Shortly before a professor specialized in the occult dies on the operating table, an evil spirit leaves his body and enters that of Sherri, a voluptuous nurse. Sherri turns from a caring nurse into a homicidal nurse who leaves a trail of dead bodies through the hospital.
Nurse Sherri is more of a sexploitation film than a slasher film. All sorts of strange sexual encounters can be seen - although never with a straight face.
Director Al Adamson (1929 � 1995) was known as a low-budget filmmaker who, between 1961 and 1983, delivered B-movie classics like Psycho A Go-Go, Satan's Sadists (later released by Troma on DVD), Dracula USA. Frankenstein, Girls for Rent, Naughty Stewardesses and Blazing Stewardesses.
The film is part of the Al Adamson retrospective.
