Kim has just broken up with her boy friend Mitch after six years. Mitch isn�t happy with her decision and is stalking her. To get Kim out of the house and her thoughts away from Mitch, a female friend takes her to a party. During this party someone proposes to visit an abandoned and supposedly haunted tower. Mitch follows them to the tower. Soon they discover that the tower is haunted for real, after which all hell breaks loose!
Director Fred Vogel, who�s August Underground trilogy can be seen at the festival as well, shows a completely different approach to horror. He focuses more on character building and atmosphere to set the tone than anything else. Except Vogel pulls out all the stops at the end when we are thrown into the relentless and violent finale, where the blood flows freely and by the buckets.
