THE MAN WHO TRIED TO KILL is the third in a series of six films, that Baris Azman is making for IDFX to be shown on 'KleurenteleviZie'. Made especially for the BUT Festival, THE MAN WHO TRIED TO KILL is a referential of the Italian exploitation films of the sixties and seventies. A woman waking up, is unaware of a man being in the house. Working with the same cast and crew as his succesful film IT HASN'T HAPPENED YET, he tries again to bring out the best results with the smallest of means.
His other two 'KleurenteleviZie' films, TE LAAT/ TOO LATE (situational comedy) and ONS RESTAURANT/ OUR RESTAURANT (frienship drama), will also be shown on Thursdaynight at the festival.
